About Us
The Student Guidance Unit (SGU) at DMAMCHRC is a dedicated student support service that provides emotional, social, and psychological support to students. SGU has been a cornerstone of student well-being, offering a safe and supportive environment for students to seek guidance and counseling.
Objectives
The Student Guidance Unit provides the following services
- Individual Counseling: One-on-one counseling sessions to address academic and personal issues.
- Group Counseling: Group sessions on topics such as academic performance, time management, stress management, and study skills.
- Referral Services: Referrals to specialized services beyond the unit's scope.
- Workshops and Training: Workshops on happiness, well-being, and productivity.
Timings and Location
Timings: First and Third Thursday of every month. (09:00 am to 4:00 pm) and Saturdays (09:00 am to 2:00 pm)
Location: DMCOP Building, 3rd Floor, Room.
