Equal Opportunity Cell (EoC)
To foster inclusivity and equality, DMAMCHRC has established the Equal Opportunity Cell (EoC). This nodal cell promotes creative interaction, education, counseling, and empowerment among students, staff, and faculty, ensuring that everyone has access to opportunities and resources.
Aims and Objectives
The EoC aims to
- Implement Inclusive Policies: Oversee the effective implementation of policies and programs for disadvantaged groups.
- Promote Diversity: Enhance diversity within the campus community.
- Break Social Barriers: Challenge obsolete conceptions of social hindrances and promote social growth.
- Uphold Social Justice: Develop a sense of social sensitivity, connectedness, and responsibility among students, teachers, and non-teaching staff.
- Empower Marginalized Groups: Provide information and counseling services to students from marginalized sections.
- Ensure Inclusive Implementation: Implement policies, schemes, and programs for the inclusion of underprivileged groups within the framework of government policies and guidelines.
