The Examination Cell at DMAMCHRC is dedicated to conducting internal examinations with transparency, credibility, and uniformity. With a structured system in place, the cell ensures smooth operations and adherence to academic standards, maintaining accountability throughout the examination process.
Objectives of the Exam Cell
The Examination Cell has the following objectives:
- Seamless Examination Conduct: Ensure timely, smooth, and transparent conduct of undergraduate and postgraduate examinations, maintaining credibility and uniformity.
- Coordination with Authorities: Collaborate with university authorities and constituent colleges to ensure compliance with examination objectives.
- Record Maintenance and Analysis: Maintain records of pre-examination and post-examination activities, including batch-wise and faculty-wise results and analysis.
- Identifying Underachievers: Identify students who require support based on their performance in internal assessments and refer them to institutional heads for coaching or counseling.
- Promoting Examination Discipline: Encourage students to follow the examination code of conduct and disciplinary rules, preventing aberrant behavior and maintaining the sanctity of the examination system.
- Policy Adoption and Implementation: Implement policies such as e-question banks, model answers, and question bank validation to enhance the examination process.
- Special Monitoring and Evaluation: Form a Special Monitoring & Evaluation Committee for formative exams to ensure effective oversight and evaluation.
